1. Acceptance of terms

By using My Hoop Legacy (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the App. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the update.

2. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 13 to use the App. If you're between 13 and 18 (or your local age of majority), you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We may terminate accounts of users found to be under 13.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, bots, or unauthorized software that modifies the experience.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or connected networks.
• Use the App for commercial purposes or public display without our written consent.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users through any social features.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
• Transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.

4. Virtual items and currency

The App may offer virtual currency and items. They have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for real money, goods, or services. They're licensed to you, not sold — a limited, non-transferable license to use them within the App — and can't be traded or sold outside it. We may modify or discontinue any virtual item at any time.

5. Purchases and refunds

In-app purchases are processed by the App Store, Google Play, or our web store. All sales are final except as required by law or allowed by the platform's own refund policy — direct refund requests to that platform. You're responsible for all purchases made through your account or device.

6. Intellectual property

The App's content, features, and functionality — graphics, design, music, code, and text — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission. Real team names, logos, and related IP belong to their respective owners; any use here is for entertainment and implies no affiliation or endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use it at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or virtual items. Our total liability for all claims won't exceed what you paid us in the 90 days before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access at any time, including for violating these Terms, without prior notice. On termination your right to use the App ends. Terms that should survive by their nature (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware.
